Buying Residential Property

Following an initial face-to-face, telephone or Skype meeting, when we discuss your criteria for search, you will be sent an analysis report to enable you to identify suitable properties for viewing. A Greengrass London search agent will view all selected properties and offer accompanied viewings, with you, at up to 20 Properties.

Retainer Fee:

  • UK buyer: £950
  • Overseas buyer: £2,000

Completion Fee:

  • 1.5 % of the purchase price, payable on exchange of contracts.
  • Minimum fee payable £4,995 plus the Retainer Fee

Buying or Renting Commercial Property

Retainer Fee:

  • £2,000

Completion Fee:

  • 10% of purchase price / annual lease agreed (one off payment) payable on signing of contracts.


  • Greengrass Property fees will be for the agreed selling price on the memorandum of sale.
  • Greengrass Property invoice is payable at exchange or contract signing.
